Janelle Tidemann, PhD, LCP

Janelle has extensive education and training in conducting, psychoeducational, psychological, and neuropsychological evaluations.  She is currently in her final year of her postdoctorate for clinical neuropsychology.  Janelle can evaluate for cognitive impairment- due to traumatic brain injury, stroke, Dementia including Alzheimer’s, seizures etc.  Additionally, she can evaluate for learning disabilities including Dyslexia, ADHD, personality, and other behaviors.  Furthermore, Janelle can evaluate for workman’s comp claims, and/or personal injury as well as fitness for duty.


Janelle accepts patients ages 6 and up.  She accepts most insurances and self pay patients. Does not accept Medicare.

1. Traveled out of the country in the last 14 days or have been around someone who has been out of the United Sates. China, Iran, Italy, South Korea, or anywhere else in Europe.
• Traveled to CA, NY or WA on or after March 15th, visited Eagle, Summit, Pitkin, and Gunnison counties in CO.
• Traveled on a cruise ship on or after March 15th
• Traveled internationally on or after March 15th
• You are a close contact of a confirmed case of COVID-19

2. Have had contact with anyone who has lab confirmed Noel Coroavirus within 14 days of symptoms onset.

3. Have had a fever of 100.4 F within the last 14 days.

4. If you have Cough, Shortness of Breath, Pneumonia, flu or cold Symptoms.

Call so you are not charged for a missed appointment. We can set up appointments with providers through Telemed if your insurance covers those services.
